Calls, logs, and analytics
Wirevox records browser voice tests and live phone calls as workspace-scoped call records. Those records power Call Logs, Contacts, and Analytics, but each view answers a different question.
| View | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Call Logs | Inspect individual calls, transcripts, duration, outcome, and attributed credit events. |
| Contacts | Review caller details, status, and notes associated with an agent. |
| Analytics | Compare interaction volume, contacts, conversions, average duration, outcomes, and agent performance. |
| Billing and usage | Reconcile credits charged for calls and tools. |
In this topic
- Review Call Logs — understand fields, filtering, refresh behavior, and current recording/export limits.
- Understand transcripts, summaries, and outcomes — separate captured conversation data from AI-generated analysis and tool-confirmed results.
- Understand contacts and leads — see when caller records are created or enriched and what each status means.
- Read workspace analytics — interpret time ranges, conversions, outcome distribution, and agent metrics.
- Reconcile credits and call costs — distinguish the usage ledger from call duration and tool charges.
- Compare browser tests and live calls — understand draft versus published configuration, persistence, billing, and post-call processing.
- Operate and troubleshoot safely — validate data, protect caller information, and diagnose missing or unexpected records.
Data flow
Browser test or live phone call
|
+--> call record + final transcript --> Call Logs
|
+--> caller details + status + notes --> Contacts
|
+--> calls and contacts aggregated --> Analytics
|
+--> call and tool usage events ------> Credits shown in Call Logs
The final transcript is saved when the call session closes. Live phone calls with a non-empty transcript then run background post-call analysis. Because that analysis is asynchronous, an outcome, summary, or enriched contact can appear shortly after the transcript and duration.
Current boundaries
- These pages describe voice interactions. Website Chat conversations use a separate chat history flow.
- Call Logs are scoped to the active workspace and refresh automatically about every 15 seconds.
- Transcript text is available, but call-recording playback and download are not currently exposed in Call Logs.
- There is no per-call export or delete control in the current Call Logs interface.
- Deleting an agent also deletes that agent's calls and contacts. Treat agent deletion as a data-lifecycle action, not only a configuration action.
