Review Call Logs
Open Call Logs to inspect browser voice tests and live calls across agents in the active workspace. The page fetches workspace calls when opened and refreshes approximately every 15 seconds.
Filter the list
Use the agent selector to show one agent or all agents. Search matches the displayed lead name or phone number.
The summary strip follows the filtered call list for Total Calls and Total Duration. Its Agents value is the number of agents in the workspace, not the number represented by the current filter.
Read a call row
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Agent | Agent associated with the call record. |
| Lead | Captured caller or test-contact name; Unknown means no name was available. |
| Phone | Captured caller number or test number. |
| Started | Start time formatted in your browser's locale. |
| Duration | Stored call duration in seconds. A completed zero-second record is displayed as < 5s. |
| Cost | Call-usage credits plus tool or transfer credits attributed to that call. |
| Outcome | A tool-confirmed result, AI-classified result, or current call status. |
| Transcript | Preview of the final utterance; select the row to expand the full transcript. |
An item labeled Async Action is a usage-ledger event that was not associated with a call ID. It is shown in the list for cost visibility, but it has no duration or transcript and should not be interpreted as a phone call.
Expand the details
Select a row with a transcript to display:
- Voice Usage — credits recorded as call-minute usage for that call;
- Tools (SMS, Transfers) — other attributed ledger events;
- the underlying event names and quantities when present; and
- the full transcript separated into Agent and Lead turns.
Call Logs do not currently display the AI-generated call summary stored in the call record. That summary can be used to enrich the related contact and by configured post-call automation.
Timing and incomplete records
The transcript is written once when the voice session closes, rather than after every utterance. Duration and billing are finalized through the call-ending path, while live-call analysis runs in the background. Refresh again if a call has just ended and some fields have not appeared yet.
Abrupt network or provider failures can produce a short call, no transcript, or a fallback outcome. Diagnose the transport and transcript first instead of treating every sparse record as a completed conversation.
Recording, export, and deletion limits
The current Call Logs page does not provide:
- call-recording playback or recording download;
- CSV or transcript export; or
- deletion of an individual call.
Deleting the associated agent deletes its calls and contacts. Do not delete an agent to clean up one log entry.
