Compare plans and limits
Wirevox currently presents Free, Pay As You Go, Starter, Growth, and Agency plan states. The live plan catalog is assembled from the Wirevox plan table and active Stripe prices, then cached briefly. Treat Settings → Billing as authoritative for current price and allowance values.
What a plan controls

| Top-up rate | Money charged per purchased credit. |
| Extra-number price | Recurring charge for active numbers beyond the included allowance. |

Plan roles

Trial behavior
A workspace that has not used a trial can receive a seven-day Stripe trial when first subscribing to Starter, Growth, or Agency. Pay As You Go does not receive that trial. Wirevox records that a trial has been used, so cancelling and returning does not restore trial eligibility.
Limits versus credits
Credits and plan limits solve different problems:
- credits pay for metered activity;
- maximum agents controls configuration count;
- concurrent calls control simultaneous capacity; and
- phone-number allowance controls included versus recurring number charges.
Buying more credits does not add agents, phone numbers, or concurrent lines. Buying a capacity add-on does not add usage credits.
Check the current plan
- Open Settings → Billing in the intended workspace.
- Review the plan cards before subscribing, or the Current Plan card after subscribing.
- Confirm included credits, agent limit, included numbers, concurrent calls, top-up rate, and add-on prices.
- Continue to Stripe and verify the final money amount before confirming.
