Create and control shared test links

A shared test link lets a guest speak with a voice agent in a browser without a Wirevox account or phone number. The owning workspace pays for the test.

Snapshot behavior

Creating the link captures the agent's current Playground configuration, using the draft when one exists. Later draft edits and publications do not update an existing link.

Create a new link whenever testers must evaluate a newer configuration. Reusing an older link can produce a valid test of the wrong snapshot.

Open the sharing control for the voice agent and select Create new link. Configure:

ControlCurrent behavior
Attempts1, 3, 5, 10, 25, or Unlimited in the UI; enforced maximum is 1,000 when a numeric value is submitted.
Expires1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. Expiration cannot exceed 30 days.
Each test1, 3, 5, 10, or 30 minutes in the UI. The enforced range is 30 seconds through 30 minutes.
Allow connected toolsOff by default. When on, attached and connected actions may execute for real.

Select Create share link, then copy the URL immediately. The secure token is returned only when the link is created and is not displayed again in the active-link list.

Tool and knowledge safety

When Allow connected tools is off, mutating connected tools are disabled. Agent-level knowledge search remains available. When it is on, a guest may be able to create appointments, leads, transfers, or other records allowed by the captured configuration.

Use least-privilege integrations, non-production destinations, narrow limits, and short expiration for external testers.

Attempts and billing

An attempt is consumed when an authorized shared test session is created. Each test draws credits from the owner's workspace like a private Playground test. A guest cannot start when the workspace has no usable credits or is payment-locked.

The short session authorization token expires after two minutes if it is not consumed. This is separate from the shared link's configured expiration.

The share dialog lists use count, limit, status, and expiration. Select Revoke to stop new sessions. A link also becomes unavailable when it expires or reaches its attempt limit.

Revocation does not recover credits already used or rewrite stored test records. Treat the URL as a bearer credential and revoke it if exposed unintentionally.
