Manage agency workspaces and subaccounts
An Agency workspace is a parent control plane for customer subaccount workspaces. The parent-child relationship does not merge their agents, records, or balances.

Create a subaccount
From Agency → Subaccounts, an authorized agency user selects New Subaccount and provides:
- the customer workspace name;
- an optional customer owner email;
- an optional agency customer package.
Wirevox creates a child workspace, creates its dashboard settings, assigns the selected or default customer package when applicable, and allocates that package's included credits when the subscription becomes active.
If a customer email is supplied, Wirevox sends a special subaccount owner invitation. The subaccount can be created even if that invitation email fails; the response reports an invitation warning so it can be resent or handled separately.
Open a customer dashboard
An agency owner or admin can select Open Dashboard for a child subaccount. The application records a bounded agency support view and switches to the subaccount workspace.
Server authorization does not trust that browser marker. When the user has no direct child membership, tenant resolution checks for an active Owner or Admin membership in the parent agency and grants implicit Admin access to that subaccount.
This is support access, not customer identity impersonation. Actions remain attributable to the signed-in agency user.
Branding and dashboard visibility
Subaccounts can inherit agency display name, logo, and primary color. Agency-controlled dashboard settings determine which customer-facing areas are exposed. Branding changes presentation; it does not change resource ownership or permission checks.
Status and billing
Authorized agency users can activate or suspend subaccounts. Suspension is intended to remove customer access immediately. Agency billing permissions are required to manage customer packages and allocate credits; general agency management permission is not sufficient.
